Site Optimization Specialist

The role
This role will actively participate in the definition of Vistaprint longer term marketing strategy across all European markets based on strong value propositions and the associated end-to-end experiences for our customers.
This Online producer will work cross-functionally, analyze customer behavior, evaluate key metrics, understand market trends, and drive testing focused around customer needs within the consumer Segment, in Europe as well as globally.
Responsibilities
• Test smartly and efficiently to obtain actionable data results that capture customer value and from which the company can learn.
• Make trade-offs between standardization and localization taking into account all costs and benefits.
• Manage and communicate cross-functionally and globally on you area’s strategy, priorities, and timelines including risks, constraints, and dependencies.
• Liaise closely with our User Experience teams in North America.
• Create and manage the European strategy for your area of responsibility including research, surveys, and test plans.
• Articulate requirements for projects, individual site changes, tests, research, and reporting.
• Track metrics for our European websites for this segment.
• Requirements
• Fluent English required (verbal and written)- any other additional European languages is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or other relevant field required
• Experience in a fast paced online / ecommerce environment is a strong plus
• Data driven, results oriented, and with excellent problem solving skills
• Familiarity with web analytics software such as Visual Sciences also a plus
• Proficient in the use of MS-Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• 3/4 years experience in a similar function
The role is based at our European Marketing headquarters in Barcelona (Spain).
