Hotel Project in Istanbul Turkey
Dear all:

We are actually mandated for the sale of a high class property with a hotel construction permit by the Bosphorus right at the waterfront in Istanbul/Turkey with a total ground of ca. 15.000 square meters. We know from different luxury Hotel operators that this location would be an ideal place for them for a new prestigious luxury Hotel. Therefore, we are now looking for an investor for purchasing the property and parallel entering into an agreement with the Hotel operator.
