    Dear all,
    A new year has started, it's a perfect time for new resolutions, ideas, projects and hoping for better world..

    The group is growing steadily, we are now 1251 members, lots of partnerships, collaborations, friendships, discussions, networks has evolved as result. Lots of beautiful stories took happened and still being formulated.
    Let's keep this spirit.

    This year is about you, I want to hear from each and every one of you, what are you looking for? how can we help each other? What's working and what's not working here? What do you really want to see or experience? Are you willing to help taking part in the group and help in a way or another?

    Please take just 3 minutes of your time and write me back and answer to this question:
    What do you really want to do the most in 2010? And how do you think the group can help you?
    When the 3 minutes are over, either send the mail as it is and send me the rest later.

    We are having our first meeting in January inshallah, and we will also run The Official XING Seminar as well for the first time in Cairo (or may be Egypt). So let me hear back from you so that we can incorporate your ideas and thoughts in the up and coming events.

    And last I wish you all a great happy 2010 / 1431..

    I was overwhlemed with great replies and ideas, after getting the posters approval I publish what's relevant here. Please get ready for the event on the 31st inshallah. Any feedback on the date I should be aware of?

    Dear Mohamed,

    I suggest the following ideas:
    1) To categorize the group members based on business sectors and then

    organize periodical meetings to exchange the latest news about the
    different business sectors in Egypt, regionally or internationally.
    2) Categorization could also be based on interests, for example i
    want to refresh or improve my french (spoken), is there anyone
    (mothertongue) interested and willing to practice it with me?, etc.
    3) Categorization could also be based on hobbies in order to enhance
    social relations (as well as networking)

    Assalam aleikum Mohamed and dear friends,
    What do I wish to establish in 2010?
    Well, besides other things I hope to be back in Egypt more often this year !
    It is not only for my consulting business, but my sincere love and adoration of Misr that makes me come back with immense pleasure.
    I am seriously considering of buying a small house, but still have to decide where..
    I am sorry that I cannot make it for the January 31st meeting; I will be in Libya with the Italian delegation at the time.
    If, by any chance, the meeting date is changed to February, I would love to be with you all once again.
