Hello all,
My name is Hanspeter Harsch. I'm 43 years old and I live in a beautiful "patchwork family" together with my 18-years old sun, my girlfriend and her 2 daughters. Job-wise I'm HR Director at Samsung Semiconductor Europe GmbH having its European HQ located in Schwalbach (Ts.). If time allows I like cycling (race bike and mountain bike), running and swimming. Also, I'm interested in all kinds of outdoor activities, especially trekking to and through mountain areas. For example, I went to the top of the Kilimanjaro last December and I'm dreaming of travelling to Nepal some time in the future (OK, New Zealand wouldn't be bad also :-)). I'm eager to continuously broaden my personal horizon through reading, listening to others and sharing ideas - in brief to master new challenges whenever they arise. In terms of education I've got a master degree in occupational pedagogics and I'm trying to obtain a master in organisational psychology starting to study organisational & occupational psychology from October onwards. I value very much honest and reliable friendship.
That's it for the moment and I hope it's sufficient as a brief personal introduction.
Looking forward to share good and interesting topics in this Executive Learning Center Community.
Best regards,
Hanspeter

Getting to the top of the Kilimanjaro is quite an achievement. Unfortunately, there is no mountain and good air in Shanghai. You live on a very healthy life style.
Hope you share with us your findings on organizational psychology.

Hi Hanspeter,
Welcome to our Community! We hope we can grow with you in sharing great and noble ideas about learning. Your interests are quite diverse and exciting. I hope someday we can meet if you happen to travel to China or I happen to travel in your locale.
Like you I like some outdoors activities like mountain biking. I discovered that Shenzhen, China is a great place to live where its hills and mountains provide great trails for rugged biking and adventure. However, at the moment I live here in Shanghai where is it very flat. Someday, I will try it out there in Shenzhen to enjoy its outdoors and to explore the potentials of our business there.
Kind regards,
Ramil
