Introduction of Phil Guo
Hello, I'm Phil and currently working with Executive Learning Center while I'm going to graduate from Shanghai Normal University in June 2008.

As I major in Public Administration, the basic concentration of my study and working experience are around the social entrepreneurship and not-for-profit management.

By working for quite a few globe-based NGO/NPO/communities in China and a great amount of volunteer jobs for years in my spare time, I have further understanding of different culture, the mission and functions of the third department, and the importance of corporate social responsibility (CSR). I know it clearly that my passion is all about non-profit career, whileI'm envisioning a picture in mind to make it be business-oriented instead of donation-oriented - that's why I focus on social enterprises.

On the other hand, as having been engaged in motivating and training field for years, I know clearly about the pattern of my innate strengths and character as follow: highly people-driven, committed, strong leadership, goal-oriented, and visually imaginative.

In a long run of the career growth, I take care of non-profit platform and meanwhile, keep my eyes on new business ideas and opportunities. What I'm aspired to do is to grow stronger and change the world in a positive way.

I'd be so glad to meet you here in the community. Let's stay connected and see we can be supportive to each others in whatever possible collaboration and partnership in a near future.
