    Peace on Earth by 2027.
    Dearest Friends,

I have a project to establish Peace on Earth by 2027. I have a project with a timeline to Peace. I first thought of this in October 2006. The first question I asked was what stood in the way of Peace. I came up with 10 topics. I have the theory that all human violence is rooted in domestic violence. As with weeds we must get at the root . To cut at the top only serves to spread the weed. This extends to all people that should be able to be trusted - teachers, ministers, neighbors, friends of the family scout leaders etc. It is the first topic because as we begin to eliminate it we make it easier to achieve the rest of the project.
On 1/1/9 we move to the second topic. This does not mean all DV is ended but I do hope that most countries of the world at least recognize it and implement reporting and counciling. The second topic is clean water and proper sewage. To bring the world back into balance and harmony we need to get to a point where all people have an oppoortunity at a sustainable life. If they are sick they can't function productively.
On 1/1/11 we move to topic #3. Universal education. Here is the part that you all are going to help with. I am working on a proposal to do Online Education for K -12 for remote, poor and disabled students in abundle with OLPC. I believe that I can deliver the service for $1,000/student/year. This will not replace classroom teaching but will suppliment it. Teachers and translators from all over the world will lend there talents, some free, som compensated, in developing, delivering, and monitoring classes online 24/7/365. OLPC is operated free of electricity and ISP can be WIFI hot spots. OLPC was endorsed and sponsored by the UN. I need $500,000 USD to start the Beta process and I would prefer to set it up to initially run through a University. The University coullld help keep costs down by incorporating graduate and undergraduate students as either volunteers or short term interns that are paid something but not as much as they will be able to learn after they graduate.
