The workshop addressed the following questions when we explore ways to build more cooperative and effective teams:
• In order to accomplish a task, do you cooperate with others?
• What does it mean to cooperate? Does everyone participate on the same level?
• Do you have a leader for your team? Was a leader necessary?
• What other roles in the team?
• The benefit of cooperation is win-win. Is this true? Did we all win? How do we know?
• Are there any downsides of cooperation? What are they?
