    Dear Executive Learning Center Community Member:

    Summer time is here again and we look forward to our summer holidays and annual leave! We are pleased to let you know that we now have 245 members and the number is increasing day by day. Some 103 articles have been contributed coming from various interests about learning through sharing, spirituality in the workplace, life and relationship, creativity and a lot more.

    Recently, my co-moderator Jason Walker, who is now based in the Unites States, posted two (2) very interesting articles about the Business of Learning in China. The first article talks about “Portrait of the Chinese Employee as a Young Learner,” shares some of his insights about Chinese educational system and the attitude of Chinese personnel in sharing knowledge in the workplace.     In “Angry China and Learning,” Jason reflects on the Chinese reaction against the environment restrictions, economic barriers and criticism hurled by Western governments/people against China. Criticisms are becoming an expression of anger.
