FIELD TEST ENGINEER - SOPHIA-ANTIPOLIS (06)
The successful applicant will be a key member of a validation team testing Voice and Data platform for reference design. He/She will apply his experience to specify and perform tests on commercial network in different countries to debug and stabilize platform.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
- To update test plan according the platform to test
- To prepare each test session by ensuring that he/she has all material according to the objectives
- To execute the tests, analyze issues and report them to development teams
- To track the issues and update them regularly till their resolutions
- To provide a final test report to project team
- To support customers and pre-sale teams

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :

- Telecom Engineer with a first experience in Mobile Phone validation
- Between 1 to 3 years of validation experience in a company developing mobile phone
- Very good knowledge of 3GPP standards (2G/3G/4G), particularly for Protocol and Layer 1 layers
- Significant experience in wireless modem testing for voice and data calls. Knowing AT Command is a plus
- Good synthesize and communication skills to extract the right information to communicate
- Autonomous to organize travel and test alone
- Strong learner in a domain where technology evolve very quickly
- Resistant to stress especially when on customer site
- Available to travel in different countries (up to 50% of the time)
- Fluent in English
- Travel Required: yes, between 30% to 50%
