German employment law is a complex and ever-changing field of the law which is tightly regulated by statutory law and case law. Articles in this group will outline the basics of German employment law which executives and HR professionals should be aware of when dealing with issues in that area. The group's language will be English in order to facilitate group members' understanding.
This group is tailored for executives and HR professionals who deal with German employment law within their companies or group of companies, either on a regular basis or merely from time to time. The group also ails to serve as a useful tool for any domestic HR or operations executives working on an international level who are forced to tackle German employment law in English or to handle international employment law-related issues, including within the context of cross-border mergers and acquisitions.
The added value of this group will originate from the communication of its members, discussions, questions and answers, tips and any other helpful participation.
