Electronic Music

Electronic Music offers wide variations on spheric and experimental up to rhythmic mucisal compositions. Sound magicians like Vangelis, Kraftwerk, Jean-Michel Jarre, Tangerine Dream, Steve Roach, and Klaus Schulze are well known, especially from their works for film and television.
This group provides a forum for exchange of experiences on and getting to know electronic music, especially about promising and interesting artists and events not being widely known. The focus lies on Berlin School, Ambient- and Spacemusic, experimental and rhythmic electronic music, where Techno, Hiphop, and the like are not part of (see electronic dance music).
