    Overview
    The Company was established fifteen years ago as the first imported wedding dress boutique in Turkey. It is the leading wedding retail chain company with four company-owned stores and three franchise stores. The Company is the exclusive distributor of many global high-end famous wedding dress companies. Moreover, the Company has been working with many “haute couture” brands for many years.
    The Company evolved through investing on its brand and became the most-known brand in its sector. It attracts customers from the high-end customer segment from cities with higher purchasing power. It also serves to customers from the Middle East which is considered to be an expansion market. A monthly magazine issued with the Company’s high-end brand name supports brand recognition as well as sales.
    Retail Chain Stores
    Company has three company-owned stores in Istanbul and Ankara for its high-end brand. A new franchise store was opened in Northern Cyprus in the beginning 2011. The Company also penetrates the medium market segment with its lower brand. This lower brand has three stores, a company-owned store in Istanbul, a franchise stores in Ankara and one in Adana.
    Istanbul stores make up about 70% of the sales revenues within the category of the company-owned stores. The Company followed franchising strategy for growth following 2009. There are currently three franchising stores. There is also franchising demand from the Middle East and Germany.
    Number of customers visiting stores per annum ranges around 5.000 during the past four years. The sales ratio per visitor is % 17- 20. The Company serves its selected customers in a total store area of around 1,000m2 within the best locations, in Istanbul and Ankara.
    Business Plan Roadmap
    There are about 700,000 marriages every year in Turkey. Wedding dress market size is about 400,000 with prices ranging from $150 to $15,000. There is also rental market with a volume of 250,000 per year. Export volume is about 100,000.
    The Company is estimated to have about 35% market share in the high segment of the market. The target A & B market segment of the Company has the size of TL180m (USD115m) and the Company’s goal is to achieve a 20% market share. The Company projects to reach revenues of TL15m in three years and TL30m in five years.
    The Company plans to achieve its fast growth strategy through product and channel proliferation with its strong high-end and middle segment brands as well as new brands. The Company has strategic growth plans in the global markets such as the Middle East, Germany and Turkic Republics, especially though franchising. The Company also plans to start production after reaching annual sales volume of 2,000 pieces.
    Products
    The Company has wedding dress, evening dress and accessories product groups. It penetrates in the market through imported tailor-made products with its multibrand owned-stores and franchise stores as well as wholesale channels of sales.
    Financial Figures
    The Company realized a compounded annual growth rate of about %16 during the past two years. The grotwh is realized through internally generated funds and new capital injection with no financial leverage. The Company operates with a gross margin of about 50%. It realized an EBITDA margin of about 13% in 2010.

    The Company targets to realize its domestic and global growth strategy through its know-how, experience and brand image. The Company explores partnership opportunities with a strong potential investor. Proceeds of the capital injection will be utilized in financing the sales growth, store expansion and working capital.
