  How to find a business partner?

  We are working on a Web 2.0 StartUp (beta version of social networking website will be online in July 2008).
  
  Can somebody recommend where to look for a business partner in Europe (somebody that would bring in expertise and finance for further growth)? Our idea of ideal business partner is a company that is already working in green or/and online media field.
