This Group provides a platform for consultant, experts, manager and entrepreneurs to establish, to extend and to manage networks as well as to exchange know-how for problem solving and implementing of solutions and concepts.

In addition, this group shall close the gap between general information delivered by chamber of commerce and industry or embassies and the set-up of joint ventures, co-operation or subsidiaries. By this, member of the group will be able to get more and detailed information and support from the beginning in order to do the right decision and to minimize the risk of strategic management decisions.

The group will form different forums for specialised subjects and countries.

One important issue will be the active management, coordination and development of networks for market entries, market penetration and improvement of market positions.

In addition, this group will organize events and meetings.

The members of this group are spread world-wide. To facilitate the communication and the team building we have established a bimonthly skype conference. In this conference the members can exchange experience to topics selected before and to contribute to the development of this group.
