  Welcome to a hypnotizing performance by the Samoan choreographer Lemi Ponifasio and New Zealand's leading contemporary dance company MAU. Birds With Skymirrors is a frightening and a beautiful performance - half dance and half ceremony - which give rise to ideas about climate change and man's place on earth.
  
  Lemi Ponifasio is the founder of MAU and also a Samoan chief. His work is rooted in reality, but at the same time touches on something much bigger, something almost spiritual.
