    Hello Emad,

I visited your website and have come up with a few pointers that may help you to infiltrate the western world.

    1. Your company is a high level concept, advanced marketing company. You have to present that to your western audience in flawless English on par with your competitors.

    2. The color pink and the Vanna White’esque lady on your website really only water down the highbrow message you are trying to convey. Westerners, in particular Swedes, like primary colors such as blue, red (or maroon) and mustard for business. For example, Eniro one of the most consumer oriented websites uses these colors which are assumed to be visually appealing to the intended marketplace (i.e., Sweden).

    3. You need to host your website with a company that does not include pop up services such as hard disk cleaners. Remember, people are visiting your website to see your information not the advertising information of a third party. Be it hard disk cleaners, X10 cameras, or what have you.

    4. Your primary talents seem to rest in what you do in terms of marketing and consulting but within a different language. It may behoove you to have your website first designed in your primary language (I assume Arabic). And then utilize the talents of a localization company to develop your website for the specific markets in terms of language, aesthetics, and so forth.

Finally in terms of immigrating to Sweden.
Sweden offers business visas to certain individuals from certain countries with a certain amount of investment capital and a solid business plan. These visas are generally rather competitive and the Swedish government tends to be selective in whom they grant these to. Some key elements the Swedish government looks for when qualifying such visa’s is the amount of Swedish citizens you will employ, the amount of capital you are bringing with you, and the feasibility of the business plan.

In reality it works out like this to some extent. You bring in 2,000,000 to 3,000,000 Swedish Kroner in capital and have a years living expenses in addition...... and you basically can have any “feasible” business plan you like. After all how competent are government officials at deciding the feasibility of anything market oriented?

For example, at one point the Swedish government decided to accept outsourcing of clerical duties and ended up losing money on the contract bid……Not to say governments are not good for some things, but turning a profit is not one of them.

So those are your first steps to prepare for your voyage. If you need any additional help just ask.....................

    Best Regards,

    Shane
