1. Bring your business cards on 18 November as nametags will not be provided this time. Instead everyone will be asked to share their business card with everyone they meet/network with/converse to. Anyone who prefers nametags to exchanging business cards and is willing to volunteer to produce nametags for future XING Stockholm events contact me on adrianne@agcommunicationsgroup.com.
2. Anyone want to have dinner @ Vapiano in Stureplan after the XING Stockholm networking event? Why Vapiano? (A) It is cheap and cheerful and pretty tasty Italian food with a wide variety of choices for meat eaters and vegetarians alike. (B) Their system of everyone receiving a payment card makes it easy for individuals to come and go as they please. (C) No reservations are necessary. (D) Anyone wanting to continue on to drinks after has a wide choice of popular, chic, and or trendy choices close by. If you would like dinner @ Vapiano on the 18th email me on adrianne@agcommunicationsgroup.com.
3. Mark 2 February on your calendar for the 1st XING Stockholm networking event of 2010. However take note that there will be a modest charge (to be confirmed but less than 200 SEK) that will include a private venue in Stureplan, a drink (not a cocktail though) and food. I will send an invitation soon with payment details so that we can confirm everything.
I have enjoyed being the volunteer XING Stockholm Ambassador in 2009 and look forward to “stepping it up a notch” in 2010.
