    Die Vorlesung von SID Berlin im Wintersemester 2011/12 widmet sich bzw. fragt nach „neuen Akteuren“ in der Entwicklungszusammenarbeit. In diesem Rahmen werden zum einen die sogenannten „emerging powers“ China, Indien und Brasilien betrachtet werden, welche als Geber z.B. in Afrika auftreten, dort mit europäischer und amerikanischer Entwicklungspolitik in Konkurrenz treten und gleichzeitig Nehmerländer deutscher Entwicklungsgelder sind.
