I just read the following article:

Britain’s best-selling chocolate bar, Kit Kat, could secure ethical certification if talks between Nestle and Fairtrade succeed.
Putting its blue and green logo on the famous red Kit Kat wrapper would be a big coup for Fairtrade, which earlier this year certified Cadbury's Dairy Milk.
Kit Kat, whose sales jumped nearly 20 per cent this year when it ran an advertising campaign featuring Girls Aloud, would be the biggest single Fairtrade-certified brand. It would boost the image of Kit Kat's parent, Nestle, which has been criticised over its ethical standards.
Last month, the Swiss foods giant announced a £275 million plan to provide 38 million disease-resistant cocoa plants to Third World farmers over ten years.

Fairtrade is on the move, it seems. Certainly this would give the Fairtrade movement a big push, let's just hope, this is not a greenwashing activity from Nestles side.
