    Private Building Projects
    Any new house type can be adapted by BMC architects to our manufacturing concept
    without compromising the design integrity.
    Whe the design and specification has been agreed, the price ist fixed and the
    completion date guaranteed.

    Delivery & Completion (First Fix)
    As soon as the building license for a housing project has been approved the component
    manufacturing will begin in the BMC partners Factory. During this time the infrastructure
    of the plot and the house foundations will be prepared.

    It will take between two and six days to erect the house to a wind and waterproof
    condition depending on its size. It will then be raedy for fitting out.

    Turnkey
    BMC also provides a fitting out service tailored tu customer requirements. This is known
    as our Turnkey Service.

    All mans connections are complete when the key is handed over and any snagging will be
    done quickly.
