    Hi,

    We are looking for “Chipset Verification Engineer” in Germany. Hope you interested in job. Descriptions and skills are bellowed.

    Duration: 12 months
    Location: Munich
    Nationality: German or European

    Job Description:
    Responsible for the design and implementation of low level instrumentation software for verification test benches.
    Target is to automate component verification test cases for mobile phone SOC/IC with focus to Power Management Unit (PMU) functionality:

    * Creation of automation framework for PMU CV automation in Matlab
    * Analysis, Design and Implementation of a different software components in matlab to create automation base framework
    * Analysis of written test cases (together with Concept and Design Engineering)
    * Automation of these test cases to a test bench
    * Design and implementation of test software in Matlab script language and other script languages using I/O control toolbox and GPIB communication
    * Design and implementation of supporting DLLs / GUI in Ansi C, Visual C++/C#
    * Verification of the IC using the test bench including in circuit debugger(JTAG / ETM), also in corner cases and under different temperature conditions
    * Close contact to concept engineering, design team, system platform team and Application Engineering

    Skills:
    University / University of applied sciences / University of cooperative education: master degree in electrical engineering, information technology or physics required
    * Work experience at least 3 years
    * Programming skills in ANSI C / C++ or Matlab script language required
    * Mixed signal know how about ADC/DAC or battery charging required
    * Knowledge about how to use GPIB / VISA and serial channels as a communication interface is an advantage
    * Experience with lab equipment desired (digital oscilloscope, multimeter, power supplies)
    * Knowledge about embedded systems and ARM microcontroller is an advantage
    * Usage of in circuit debug tools like JTAG debugger (e.g. Lauterbach), MIPI trace or ETM is an advantage
