    Location: Berlin (Northern East Germany)
    Nationality: German or European

    Job Description:
    • Analysis of requirements documents
    • Development of specifications for passenger information subsystems
    • Development of concepts for integrated passenger information systems
    • Participation in the development of vehicle design specifications
    • Text-based and model-based development of passenger information system and software specifications
    • Development of interface specifications
    • Participation in the development of the passenger information system architecture / system design
    • Technical leadership in the development, testing, commissioning and acceptance of information technology vehicle systems
    • Requesting and evaluation of technical bids of potential suppliers in cooperation with the purchase
    • Assisting in the development of new supplier relationships and lead technical negotiations with suppliers
    • Support and modulation of suppliers
    Skills:
    • University degree in technical computer science, electrical engineering / automation technology or similar orientation
    • Good knowledge of the requirement management, ideally with the use of DOORS ®
    • Good knowledge of the model-based specifying with SysML
    • Good knowledge of data processing in embedded control applications on Linux and PLC control systems
    • Good knowledge of software quality assurance and process models
    • Good communication skills: OSI model, TCP / IP, Ethernet, serial communication protocols
    • Good knowledge of configuration and release management with SourceSafe, ClearCase and ClearQuest
    • Good English language skills
    • Limited, project-oriented willingness to travel
    • Independent, systematic, cost-and quality-oriented and goal-oriented approach, commitment, initiative, flexibility and teamwork skills, excellent communication skills, resilience and high resistance to stress
