Skills needed are advanced knowledge and experience of SMSC Migrations, familiar with Acision SMSC system architecture as well as mBalance (Tekelec) SMS Routers experience. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in telecommunications area with fluent spoken and written English language skills.
