So want you trade in oil and metal but my friend you know these items are very volatile and as a newbie you must stay away from both. You must start trade currency initially and later on you can switch to these items... did you got what i mean?

I agree with Anne - the volatility of these instruments requires some experience and confidence in your methods. Many beginners start out with currencies such as the EUR/USD or USD/JPY due to their low spreads and tendency to stick to technical levels.
