GERMAN CUSTOMER SERVICE & BILLING REPRESENTATIVE
The Customer Service/Billing Representative (CSR) is the first line of defense in ensuring the satisfaction of the user base.
The position is composed of two tiers: customer service, which is composed of general inquiries, technical support, and billing
issue, and in-game Game Master (GM) work. This CSR assumes the role of problem solver when handling customer emails, and sage
and sentry when taking upon the mantle of an in-game GM. This position reports directly to the Customer Service/Billing Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES & JOB DUTIES
• Resolve customer-service emails in a timely manner
• Monitor the anti-fraud system tool for our payment processors
• Assist users within the game in a professional and courteous manner
• Assist Product Management with game events and special projects (as needed)
• Other tasks as assigned by the Customer Service & Billing Manager
REQUIREMENTS
• Excellent language skills (written and spoken) in English and German. Native German speaker preferred but not mandatory.
• Game Industry experience is preferred and highly desirable
• Previous experience in a customer/billing position is preferred
• Strong oral, written, organizational, and presentation skills
• High level of professionalism, integrity, confidence and commitment
• Proven ability to effectively work and cooperate with people in a high work volume environment
• Strong understanding of in-game social networks and interactions between players and GMs
