  Wooga (world of gaming) is Europe‘s biggest social game developer. Wooga is based in Berlin and currently employing more than 140 employees from over 25 countries. To grow our company even further we are looking for a Recruiter (m/f).
  
  Recruiter (m/f)
  
  Your Responsibilities
  - Join our HR and Recruiting team to help us grow Wooga.
  - Support state of the art recruiting processes and consult business departments throughout.
  - Source, assess and hire new colleagues for our international company.
  - Develop creative and effective sourcing strategies for your business partners and adjust plans and pipelines, drive a top-notch screening process.
  - Be the expert in industry best practices around functional areas of recruitment, new trends and opportunities to consistently raise the bar on staffing deliverable.
  - Manage process to offer stage while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.
  - Identify and develop the most effective communication and recruiting channels.
  - Interact efficiently with the whole recruiting team, also joining exhibitions, fairs, etc.
  
  Your Qualifications
  - Preferably a university degree or similar qualifications.
  - More than 2 years experience in (international) talent acquisition (MUST), preferably in a high volume recruiting environment and/or the online industry.
  - Preferably more than 1 year of international experience, e.g. working in different cultures/countries or multi-cultural teams.
  - Knowledge of efficient recruiting processes and employee selection methods.
  - Proven track record of working in a hands-on and fast-moving environment with uncertainty and constantly changing priorities.
  - Wicked smart.
  - Communicative and empathic “people” person.
  - Great sense of humor.
  - Passion for games is big plus.
  - Business English (MUST).
  - Business German (not necessarily German native).
