    Thanks for sharing this wonderful article.

    Deepak Chopra said it right :
    "Compassion has been a spiritual ideal for centuries. But it has also been a frustrating failure for centuries."

    We need to practically live the teachings of compassion taught by Christ and Buddha.

    This article by Deepak Chopra gives us practical steps how we can do that.
