Introducing myself
Hello everybody:
let me introduce myself. I´m Beltran Melgar, an Outreach Facilitator from The Monroe Institute in Europe:

The Monroe Institute is internationally known for it´s work with sound patterns that can have dramatic effects on states of conciousness.
Institute´s researchers observed that certain sounds create a Frequency Following Response in the electrical activity of the brain.
These patterns are known as Hemi-Sync (Hemispheric Syncronization).

I use to do workshops in Spain, but I´m moving to the United Kingdom.

I´m also a Reiki Master and I am developing my own system of spiritual healing which combines Reiki & Hemi-Sync.

I would love to make british friends.
I also offer myself to any of you who may need some help.
