    l’événement québéco-allemand de cuisine fusion en musique de l’année!

    MAXIMAL ESSEN & MINIMAL TECHNO est une rencontre conviviale entre amateurs de cuisine d’ici et d’ailleurs, fans de musique électronique, germanophiles, curieux, qui, dans un lieu insolite, se retrouveront pour partager un souper de cuisine fusion québéco-allemande autour de grandes tablées à la mode bavaroise, dans une ambiance relax de minimal techno de Berlin.

    C’est à Stelio Perombelon, actuel chef des Cons Servent et de Pullman bar à vins et ancien chef des restaurants Les Chèvres, Leméac et Les Caprices de Nicolas que StéréoKULTUR a confié l’élaboration d’un menu fusion quatre services qui ne laissera aucune papille gustative indifférente.
    Les mots d’ordre en seront : utiliser les bons produits d’ici pour réaliser un menu de là-bas en mettant l’emphase sur sophistication en toute simplicité dans une ambiance conviviale, comme on le retrouve autour des tables en Allemagne.

    MAXIMAL ESSEN & MINIMAL TECHNO se déroulera en deux parties :
    1) un atelier de cuisine fusion où les 15 participants découvriront la préparation de l’un des plats qui sera servi le soir même.

    2) une soirée à partir de 19h, où un souper 4 services, concocté par l’excellent chef Stelio Perombelon sera servi dans une ambiance de projections vidéo et musique électronique.

    Le lieu sera gardé secret, seuls les participants qui auront confirmé leur présence en auront connaissance. Tout ce qui peut être révélé pour le moment est une ambiance entre un Berlin underground et un Munich traditionnel mais dans un Montréal résolument urbain.

    Les places sont limitées à 15 personnes pour l’atelier et à 40 personnes pour le souper.

    Das deutsch-quebekische Fusion-Food-Dinner des Jahres!

    MAXIMAL ESSEN & MINIMAL TECHNO ist eine gesellige Zusammenkunft unter Freunden guter Küche, Liebhaber elektronischer Musik, Germanophilen und Neugierigen, die sich an einem ausgefallenen Ort an feinster deutsch-quebekischer Küche erfreuen wollen. "Zusammen an großen Tische essen und sich die Ohren dabei entspannt von einem Berliner Elektro-Klängen verwöhnen lassen" heisst dabei die Devise.

    Stelio Perombelon, aktueller Chefkoch von Les Cons Servent und Pullman bar à vins und ehemaliger Chefkoch von Les Chèvres, Leméac und Les Caprices de Nicolas, kümmert sich um das 4-Gänge-Fusions-Menü, das keine Geschmacksnerven unbeeindruckt lassen wird.

    MAXIMAL ESSEN & MINIMAL TECHNO besteht aus zwei Teilen :
    1) bei einem Kochkurs könne bis zu 15 Teilnehmer die Kunst der Fusions-Küche entdecken und werden in die Zubereitung einer der 4 Gänge des Abend-Menüs eingeweiht.

    2) ab 19h findet das 4-Gänge-Abendessen statt, zubereitet von unserem Montrealer Spitzenkoch und serviert in ausgefallener Umgebung, umrahmt von elektronischer Musik und Videoprojektionen.

    Der Ort wird noch geheim gehalten. Alle Teilnehmer bekommen ihn bei erfolgter Anmeldung mitgeteilt. Was wir schon verraten können: Die Atmosphäre wird zwischen Berlin-Underground, traditionellem München und urbanem Montreal liegen.

    Die Teilnehmerzahl ist begrenzt auf 15 Personen für den Kochkurs und 40 Personen für das Abendessen.

    The german-quebec food and music fusion event of the year!

    MAXIMAL ESSEN & MINIMAL TECHNO is a friendly encounter between food enthusiasts from here & elsewhere, electronic music fans and curious German culture lovers who will meet in an unusual place to share a supper of Quebec-German fusion food around huge tables in a Bavarian fashion and in an relaxed atmosphere of minimal Berlin techno.

    Stelio Perombelon, presently chef of Les Cons Servent and of Pullman wine bar, formerly chef of Les Chèvres, Leméac and Les Caprices de Nicolas restaurants, will elaborate the four-course fusion menu which will not leave any taste buds indifferent.
    The concept is to use good products from here and to offer a menu from there with emphasis on sophistication in all simplicity in a friendly atmosphere, as one can find around German tables.

    MAXIMAL ESSEN & MINIMAL TECHNO will take place in two parts:

    1) A fusion cooking workshop, where 15 participants will discover the preparation of one of the dish that will be served the same day.

    2) An evening starting at 7 pm, where a 4-course meal, concocted by the excellent chef Stelio Perombelon, will be served in an ambiance of video projections and electronic music.

    The location will be kept secret, and only the participants who will have confirmed their presence will know where it is taking place. All that can be revealed for now is that the mood will be something between an underground Berlin and a traditional Munich but in a resolutely urban Montreal.
