This group intends to provide a forum with regard to all aspect of Company & Business Law.

The forum has intentionally not been restricted to the Law of Germany only. Rather practitioner/scientist from other countries are welcomed as well. If everybody is exchanging ideas, knowledge and experiences with respect to their national law, we all will be able to get information what is the law in foreign countries respectively and can also easily interact with foreign specialist.
