    China Industrial Park Ranking 2010.12 by RightSite
    As investors prepared for 2011, major shifts took place in the most visited industrial parks, high tech parks, distribution centres and software parks on RightSite. After giving way to Shanghai Lingang New City for the past two months, Suzhou Industrial Park returned to the lead position thanks to some high profile new ventures being established in the development.

    The most remarkable development this month were the seven new parks that joined the top twenty, including Zhangjiang Hi Tech Park, Pudong Software Park, Huizhou Zhongkai Hi Tech Development Zone, and Nantong Economic and Technological Development Area (NETDA) etc. Also returning to the grid after a two month absence was Kunshan Economic and Technological Development Area (KETD). This made for the highest turnover in the top ranks since RightSite started the Power Rankings five months ago.

    Together, the top 20 parks in the rankings totalled 4125 views during the month of December, a six percent drop compared to November's level of 4391 views. Traffic was lowest during the second half of the month, when many investors were observing the Western New Year and Christmas holidays.
