    RightSite is pleased to invite all members of the industrial property community to attend the first Industrial Asset Management Forum on Wednesday July 22nd at the Four Seasons Hotel in Shanghai.

    This month's event will feature a presentation Green = Gold, Eco-Efficient Site and Facility Planning, by Stefan Rau, director of Metropolitan Synergies an architecture and urban planning firm focussing on integrated sustainable design with offices in Berlin and Shanghai.

    Mr Rau's talk will centre on key principles for incorporating ecological considerations into planning and site design, the cost savings available from ecological design, and some ways to derive revenue from ecological design and technology. Following the presentation there will be opportunities for networking with other members of the industrial asset manage community.

    Stefan is director and chief planner of Metropolitan Synergies, an architecture and urban planning firm striving for design excellence, focussing on integrated sustainable design with offices in Berlin and Shanghai.

    Entry is free of charge for representatives of manufacturing companies who confirm at least five days prior to the event, tickets will be RMB 150 for other attendees. Admission includes two free drinks.
