My name is Greta Sinclair and Im the marketing manager for http://phuketrealestate.com.
Phuket Real Estate has been established in Southern Thailand since 1998 and we welcome the coming 2010 season.

What we do.

Land Sourcing / Sales.

We work closely in land acquisition with many major hotel chains as well as sourcing and selling land to all our "general clients" which are the lifeblood of the business.
We have the best beachfront land available anywhere in Southern Thailand and some extraordinary land and Islands never viewed by 99% of all brokers.
We have the network locally to source the best product and we have the best legal team for the due diligence.
All of our land is direct from the owners which means instant answers, better buying power and easier contractual commitments.

Developing.

Over the years we have developed some of our own projects and have been successful in selling the projects out in quick time. The reason for our success in developing must come down to our great associates in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design and our great builders.
We have a great team with a long list of accolades and awards that are the backbone of our projects as well as our great inhouse marketing team.

Property Sales.

Property Sales and Marketing is the basis of our business and we believe we are very good at it.
We have the indepth local knowledge that covers all of Phukets Boom Years and We have the right people to do the work. Our team here at http://phuketrealestate.com are the best on the Island and we have years of knowledge on the Thai / foreign market. Our team consists of many nationalities who speak many languages which is a very important factor in selling in this market place.
