    Where to Find Warehouses in Yangtze River Delta of China 2011
    A recent research report by real estate consultancy Colliers International showed that distribution centres around Shanghai are now averaging 93% occupancy. This high level of warehouse usage means that logistics firms, retailers and other companies looking for distribution space around Shanghai will struggle to find the warehouse they need in 2011. This same shortage is also occurring in many other parts of the Yangtze River Delta, as the region's economic boom begins to strain local warehouse capacity.

    However, help is on the way as a number of major developers plan to open distribution centres for leasing during the year. To find out more about what space will become available during 2011 and beyond, RightSite did a survey of major developers of warehouse space for lease in Yangtze river delta and found that a total of more than 800,000 square meters of leasable warehouse area is set to open in 2011 and early 2012, in eighteen distribution centre projects belonging to six different developers.
