Moscow administration to sell building site in Moscow City business centre
The Moscow authorities have scheduled an auction to sell out the 1.76-ha land plot No. 15 in the Moscow City business centre earlier intended to host the new city administration building for late September. The starting price for the plot now zoned for the construction of 315,000 m2 of offices or/and hotels is set at RUB 7.08bn (€178m).

As the Russian Construction Review earlier reported, the initial project involved putting up 806,400-m2 of office complexes consisting of four 70-storey towers. So far, only an underground parking for 8,000 cars has been put up. The city is said to have spent on the car park construction RUB 6.8bn (€171m).
