SU-155 buys architectural monument in St. Petersburg for up to €12m
SU-155, one of the largest Russian construction companies, has acquired an asset in St. Petersburg – a listed regional architecture monument located in Ligovsky Avenue. The seller is Soyuzgenstroy. The 5,500-m2 structure is suitable for hosting a boutique hotel. The value of the deal was not disclosed. Analysts value the asset at €8.6-12m.
