  Looking for real estate partner firms with quality residential assets to work with my company to sell properties to the Chinese

  I’m looking for real estate firms with quality residential assets to work with my company, ACN Worldwide Inc. to represent markets across the globe to our buyers and investors here in mainland China. As you may already know, middle class growth in China is rapidly increasing, yet at the same time safe domestic investment options for the middle class of China are extremely limited. There is currently a great demand on the part of the Chinese middle class to branch out and pursue new global investment opportunities and to spend their new found wealth in ways previously unavailable to them, especially in the luxury homes market. So, this could be an excellent opportunity for a local real estate firm to tap into the growing wealth of the Chinese mainland middle class. We work with one firm per territory only; so anyone who works with us will have the right to represent their territory on a completely exclusive basis. If any potential buyer comes to us and expresses an interest in a particular area, we refer them to our partner firm that represents that area only, no one else. We charge an annual fee to work with us, but it’s affordable. And the potential returns from marketing to perhaps the largest single pool of potential homebuyers in the world is a great opportunity to grow your firm!
