  I am exclusive representative to a group of HNWI's.
  I have decisional power to canvass and perform primary analysis on the projects.
  We are able to provide loans, from 1 year to 5 years, with as low as 7 % interest per annum.
  One incentive for the clients is that they pay only the interest annually, while the principal amount is paid at the end of the financed interval.
  Upon primary acceptance, the clients have to pay 1/2 of the Due Diligence costs (incurred by the evaluation done by our team). This cost is only 0.00075 from the requested amount (ex. 3,750 Euro for a 5 M Euro loan) and it represents the only financial commitment of the client, irrespective of the outcome of the funding.
  I can provide Notary Mandate in my name for large amount projects; also, I can provide data of successful funding.
  We can close in as soon as two months (including loan into your account) if we move before Christmas.
