  Very honored participants and female participants of the group "Global Real Estate Forum",
  
  with the premium real estates from our port folio, the contacts with investors and the international adjustment of the Overbeck real estates GbR we would like to wake up in this community synergies.
  
  My partner, Mr. Alfons Bakker, brings with more than 20-year-old experience from leadership positions in banks and the narrow collaboration with real estate fund a finance service-experience in the harmonious collaboration.
  
  Our common main focus lies beside the real estates and financing in Europe on Majorca / Balearic Islands, the Canaries and the Spanish mainland. Other lands as for example Italy and France with pleasure on inquiry.
  
  Also foreign citizens and citizens belong with us to popular prospective customers, above all if it is about investment real estates in Germany and their financing.
  
  We get on as a mediator for the international clientele from all over the world which puts high claims in itself and expects especial achievements from us.
