  We offer a beautiful RE development project in Bahrain - a very dynamic market for real estate. I have access to four outstanding villas with garden and pool there that are for sale now. All have been modified and are now much better than similar ones in the development. They all have a nice pool and big beautiful gardens.
  
  The price will be between BD 225,000 and 245,000, depending on the land size. That translates to approximately BD 750/sqm, the development next to it is selling for BD 1000/sqm, but apartments (no garden, no pool!).
  
  We are happy to pay a good fee. Please let me know if here is some interest.
