    Times have changed but new members in the global real estate area continue to join this forum. We have at present 1,764 subscribers to this forum from all over the world.

    Kelly Barker and I are no longer active (globally) in real estate. We both intend to stay in the forum but we really need someone to push the agenda as stated.

    Is that you? Can you help? We can accept up to four (4) more moderators. This would allow the small amount of business [of the forum] to be split between the four moderators. Are you up for it?
