Hello Everyone,

My name is Lily Green, I am originally from Lima-Peru and l've been living in the USA for 20 years. I am a bilingüal Realtor (English/Spanish), CREO- Certified REO Specialist (working with foreclosed properties), and CIIIS- Certified International Investments & Immigration Specialist, working with investors who are interested in purchasing properties for investment purposes and also investors who are interested in expanding their current business or starting a new one in the USA (Treaty Investor Visa-E2,EB-5 Investor Immigrant Visa, etc.).
Foreign investors can greatly benefit by investing in Real Estate in the USA with these advantageous market conditions, not only because they can purchase properties at historically low prices but also because they could obtain a green card (permanent residency) through their investments; they could obtain a green card for themselves, their spouse and unmarried children under 21.
