Noch etwas lustiges zum Wochenende: Jahresabschluss Brinks
Hallo, liebe Kolleginnen und Kollegen

Heute ist mir in der Zeitung eine lustige Meldung aufgefallen:

Security firm Brink's Ireland posted a loss of €1.2m in 2006 as it struggled to cope with increased criminal activity

Ich habe mir ein Spielchen daraus gemacht, das Subjekt in diesem Satz auszutauschen resp. in andere Branchen zu übersetzen.... z. B.:

Ireland's Construction Company "EX1" posted a loss of €1.2m in 2006 as it struggled to cope with increased building activity.

Irleand's Transport Company "EX2" posted a loss of €1.2m in 2006 as it struggled to cope with increased trading volumes.

Absurd, nicht? ;-)
