  In today’s rapidly changing economic environment there are increased pressures on all businesses, small, medium and large to become more competitive. 2010 is the year to take stock of the prevailing conditions, exploit rare opportunities and maximise your competitive advantage!
  
  This seminar will address the following key issues affecting businesses in today’s current economic climate:
  - How to better manage your cash-flow: Are you experiencing slow or non payment of invoices? Is your cash-flow in crisis? How much do you know about Debtor & Credit management? Have you identified short-term cash flow initiatives?

  About the speaker:
  John Foley MIET MIMCA is the CEO and Principle of eTEC Consulting Services, John created eTEC in 2005, having spent 26 years working with a number of large Blue-Chip manufacturing and service organisations in a variety of engineering and senior management leadership roles.
  
  John’s specialist areas are, Operational Cost Control, Financial Cash Management, and General Management. As a Business Support Specialist, he has implemented significant restructuring of businesses which have resulted in reduced operational costs, higher output, along with improved cashflow, sales and profitability.
