  I have just joined XING and this group. I am a qulaified Accountant and also a partner in Croatian Property Solutions, which acts as a buyers agent for international buyers in the croatian market(along with many other Real estate activities).   I was just wondering, given that you are dealing in real estate, how do you perceive the recent market developments, have you found that people are more (or less) eager to turn to investment into real estate outside the irish market ie an emerging market such as Croatia?
