    The Role
    Your role will initially involve basic training in sales techniques, and learning to use our recruitment tools. The objective will be to gain initial IT recruitment experience and become accustomed to dealing with calls. We will embrace and improve your talent, guiding you through a structured process, enabling you to progress as quickly as possible, which in turn will lead to rapid promotion and increased earnings.

    As a Business Development Manager you will enjoy the autonomy of setting up and running your own portfolio of clients with the support of the team. Using your entrepreneurial talent you will define and implement your own business strategies. Once you have mastered these skills you will have the opportunity to mentor new recruits to rapidly manage your team of sales executives. Your career progression is based on performance. You can rapidly proceed to next career levels participating deeply in the company’s growth internationally.

    We are in demand of an entrepreneurial thinker, motivated and result driven Business Development Manager who is willing to grow within our company.
    Fluent in English (Mandatory)
    Fluent in German (Tackling the German market)
    University educated
    Experience in new business sales (Ideal)
