  Wanted: Customer Service Associate (German) in Shannon

  Our client is based in Shannon, a beautiful and typical Irish seadside city in Western Ireland. Ireland's best kept secret. With an expanded global team of 51,000 service professionals throughout 80+ centers world-wide, our client provides customer support with the quality, flexibility and expertise that makes them the preferred service provider of many of the world’s leading companies.
  
  Responsibilities
  • Provide telephone and email Customer Service Support to customers within the financial sector
  • Respond to customer contacts in a timely and accurate manner in line with company service levels
  • Work to team and individual goals for response times, resolution of problems and call volumes
  • Aim to be the best, always aiming for the highest standard of Customer Service
  • Deal with complaints and interact with other departments to solve issues
  • Reporting to your Team Manager you will strive to meet your objectives
  
  Requirements
  • Previous Call Centre or Customer Service experience would be of distinct advantage
  • Completely customer focused with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good telephone manner
  • Adaptable and flexible approach
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Mature outlook and ability to resolve problems effectively
  • Team Player with ability to learn fast
  • Passion for providing the highest levels of service
  • Good computer skills including Outlook, Word, Excel and databases
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure to very high standards
  • Fluency in English and German required, both written and spoken
  
  As this is a 365 day and 24/7 operation, so you will be required to work shifts. Any work outside the standard working hours will be compensated with a 25-33% additional payment to your normal salary, depending on weekend, evening and night shifts. The position is available from the 15th of November 2010. Costs for relocation (flight) and one week B&B are included.
