Many of the banks like Bank of Ireland and AIB also post startup guides on their corporate websites.
Depending on the actual idea, it is worth looking at getting in to one of the Innovation Centres where startups can avail of expert advise, grants and facilities. Many of these later get supported by the IDA as HPSU (High Potential Start Ups).
