The Greater IBM Connection
What is a Greater IBMer?
Greater IBMers are former and current IBMers. You are a Greater IBMer even if you’ve changed jobs, retired or served as an intern and that means you qualify for membership in The Greater IBM Connection.
What’s in it for me?
As a part of the Greater IBM community, you’ll:
Make contacts with thousands of former and new IBM colleagues, locally and globally
Get insight on IBM products, services, strategies and new technology trends
Access special networking events in person, online and even "virtually"
Find opportunities to collaborate on innovation projects and initiatives
What’s the catch?
No catch, just an opportunity to be a part of a dynamic business network that stretches from your neighborhood around the world. There’s no charge to join The Greater IBM Connection. But you do have to tell us that you had (or have) a job with IBM. Without that, we can’t confirm your registration and free membership. Fill out your profile completely so others can ask to become a part of your connection (you control who you want in your network). You can use that same “search” capability to find others with like interests or to locate someone you’ve lost contact with.
Get started by joining now
Create your Xing profile to join both the Greater IBM Connection and the wider Xing community at the same time. Because you're joining as a Greater IBMer, your membership in both communities is free. We’ve chosen “Xing” to host our community site because it is one of the world’s leading business and social networking platforms – and operates with strict privacy regulations that protect your information every step of the way.
