It is probably one of the most important questions when talking about how "high potentials" becoming "high performers". What is it? Who can identify and how? Is it possible to identify? This question is by far one of the most discussed themes in this area. Are there any qualified workshops or trainings in order to acquire the essential competences? Is it possible to enable anyone to succeed in becoming a high performer? Is it achievable to become a high potential or high performer without special skills? Which skills are you thinking of?
